St. Paul of the Cross - Diary and Letters:- this is a mimeographd copy of St. Paul's Diary and Letters prepared by the Passionists in Louisville Kentucky and mimeographed by the Passionist Nuns in Owensboro. The pages are contained in black plastic covers. A sticker on the front cover has the note "Ad usum, Fr. Barry, C.P. "(presumably Fr. Hilary Barry when he was attending universirty in U.S.A). "Fr. Barry" has been crossed out and "Novices" substituted.

Archival documents are catalogued in the following way : Shelf number, box number, file number and item number. Thus, 45/1/1/4 means shelf forty-five, box one, file one and item four. In addition to this each item has an individual serial number. This is attached to the catalogue as an alternative identifier.
