Physical characteristics and technical requirements
Bound in contemporary leather bindings. Externally, the volumes are worn with loss to the leather covering. The back strips are also lifted in some places. The joints are slightly cracked and there is evidence of occasional worming. Internally, the end-papers are marked with some slight mould damage. The volumes are dusty and have occasional background foxing and tidemarks to the first and last pages. Careful manual handling is required.
